What are Lost Reasons?
Lost Reasons allow users to register and classify the reasons why an Opportunity is marked as lost.Their use helps improve sales analysis and identify the most frequent causes of lost opportunities.
Lost Reasons Management
Accessing the Lost Reasons List
To access the lost reasons list, go to:CRM → Configurations → Lost Reasons
Once inside, the list of registered lost reasons will be displayed. From this screen, you will be able to create, view, edit, and delete records according to the needs of the sales process.

List Tools
The lost reasons list includes tools to simplify record management and lookup.Allows locating specific lost reasons using search criteria.
Allows defining the number of records displayed per page and navigating through the available results.
Create a Lost Reason
To create a new lost reason:
- Go to CRM → Configurations → Lost Reasons.
- Click New Lost Reason.
- Complete the required information in the creation form.
- Click Create to save the record.

When creating a new lost reason, a form will be displayed where the corresponding information must be completed.

General
The General section allows defining the main information of the lost reason.
- Name: name of the lost reason.
Configuration
The Configuration section allows defining the availability of the lost reason within the system.
- Active: indicates whether the lost reason is enabled for use.
Final Actions
Once the lost reason information has been completed, the following actions will be available:
- Create: saves the record and creates the lost reason.
- Create & Create Another: saves the current record and opens a new form to create another record.
- Cancel: cancels the operation and closes the form without saving changes.
Actions on a Lost Reason
Once a lost reason has been created, it will be possible to access its information from the list to view, edit, or delete the record.

View a Lost Reason
The View option allows access to the complete details of a lost reason.Once inside, all registered information for the lost reason will be displayed, including its name and status.
Edit a Lost Reason
The Edit option allows modifying the information of an existing lost reason.When accessing it, the form will display the previously registered data so the necessary changes can be made.
Delete a Lost Reason
The Delete option allows removing a lost reason from the system.Once this action is executed, the lost reason will no longer be available for use in future Opportunities.
